Aqua Viva
Welcome aboard
Aqua Viva means “living water,” and the harbour is the reason this apartment exists. It sits apart from the main house with its own entrance, its own garden and its own parking, so it feels completely private. Mornings start with coffee on the lawn watching boats cross to Hamilton. Afternoons end on Elbow Beach’s pink sand, a short walk away.

A king bed dressed in hotel-style white linens, with a softly lit headboard, a regatta painting overhead and a hand-drawn Bermuda map across the foot of the bed. The queen pull-out sofa in the living room makes room for a third guest.

From the Garden
Watch the cruise ships come in and dock.
Hamilton’s cruise pier sits right across the harbour. From your lounger you can watch the big ships glide in, tie up along Front Street and sail out again, while yachts and bright red dinghies from the Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club race across the water. After dark, the city lights shimmer across the water.
